📌 How It Works
1. Netflix sends a household update email to your registered email address.
2. The email is automatically forwarded to our system, filtered, and appears in your inbox here.
3.
On your TV or phone, when you see a Netflix household update request, open this page on your browser.
4. Enter the email address that received the Netflix email (the one you used for your account).
5. Click on the email – all links (including the
“Yes, this was me” button) will open in a new tab.
6. Follow the instructions on the Netflix page to confirm the household update.
⏱️ Emails usually appear within 5 minutes after being received.
